Annual General Meeting 20 March 2022

The Estonian Cultural Foundation in Australia will be holding its Annual General Meeting at Sydney Estonian House (141 Campbell St, Surry Hills NSW) on Sunday, 20th March 2022, commencing at 11:00am. This is the 2021 AGM, which has been delayed until now due to COVID related restrictions and issues. We hope you can make this meeting.

Attached below is the 2021 AGM Notice, Proxy Form, Board Member Nomination Form, 2021 Annual Report, ECFA Constitution February 2022 and FY21 Financial Report.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Zoom access to the AGM.

At the end of our AGM, the Board will propose a new Constitution. Worked on for over a year now, this is required to update our practices and bring ourselves up-to-date. If you wish to discuss any changes please contact our Chairman via email (juho.looveer@gmail.com) or landline (02 4500 3816) or one of our other Directors.

To adopt this new Constitution we require that 75% of members agree to it. WE NEED YOU TO VOTE ON THIS. If you cannot attend the meeting, please complete the proxy paper attached and email to juho.looveer@gmail.com.
