On June 23, 2026, 5 board members of the Estonian Cultural Foundation Australia with members of the local Estonian community gathered at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra to observe Estonian Victory Day. To commemorate those who died fighting for their homeland, Estonian Ambassador Jaan Reinhold laid a wreath during a moving ceremony. The solemn event included the National Anthem, a bagpipe lament, the recitation of the Ode, and the playing of the Last Post.
