The ECFA would like to acknowledge and thank Maud Evelyn Kaljot for her recent generous donation to ECFA from her estate.
Maud was an active member of a large number of Estonian activities over the years including Laulukoor, Naisring, Seniors, Muinsuskaitsering as well as attending just about every Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian function in Sydney for the last 60 years.
Maud was always an active supporter of most Estonian groups and activities – she loved donating prizes for lotteries and fundraisers. In a sense the Estonian community became Maud’s family and as such many of us have known Maud for many decades.
Maud will be remembered as a vibrant, bright, generous lady of the world and supporter of the Estonian community and ECFA.
