Board positions for 2020 were confirmed and remain unchanged from the past year.
In addition, the Board ratified the change in name of the Company to Estonian Cultural Foundation in Australia Limited (ECFA).
An application to ASIC was submitted and approved. Appropriate changes to our web site and stationery will be made over the following months.
It was further decided that a new Logo should be adopted. To that event, we will be seeking input from our constituency for logo ideas, with a prize of $250 being offered to the author of the winning design.
